Lobo Panko 1 Kg
Panko bread crumbs are a Japanese-style bread crumb made from white bread without the crusts. This results in a lighter, airier bread crumb that absorbs less grease and stays crispier for longer than their traditional counterparts.
It’s commonly used in Asian cuisine, although it has become more popular and widely available in Western cooking.
On its own, panko has little to no flavor. It can be used as a crunchy topping to add texture to baked casseroles, like macaroni and cheese, as a breaded coating for fried foods, or as a binder for meatballs. It’s also commonly used in Japanese cooking.
Ingredients: Wheat flour 82%, corn starch, hydrogenated palm oil (contains antioxidant: E322 [SOY]), modified tapioca starch, salt, sugar, dry yeast.
